The Librarians Closes Its Season

“The Librarians: The Next Chapter” airs on TNT with its season 2 finale. The Librarians face their hardest mission yet, as a Merlin who wants power returns to Camelot, aiming to change both the past and the future.

Beat Shazam Marks 100 Episodes

Fox airs an extended “Beat Shazam” season 8 finale. The episode brings a contest between the U.S. Navy, the Coast Guard, and E.R. nurses. The show also marks its 100th episode.

CBS Hosts America’s Tailgate

CBS airs the Nashville-based special “America’s Tailgate,” with correspondent Whitney Cummings. Performances come from Chase Rice, Gabby Barrett, John Legend, and Sheryl Crow. CNN’s documentary “Top of the World” tells the story of Windows on the World, the restaurant that once sat high above the World Trade Center. It stood as a sign of New York City’s recovery in the 1970s and one of the most celebrated restaurants in America. Its story came to an end on September 11, 2001.

Sunny Heads to the Faire

FX and FXX air “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.” Mac, Dennis, and Dee try to win a spot on the Quilt of Legends at the local Renaissance Faire. Charlie discovers a love of luting. Frank tries to take the faire from old foes.
