Next summer, Slipknot are returning to the road with a tour whose name looks back at their own past. The band have revealed the (Sic)est Stadium Tour for Summer 2027, a North American outing that starts in Washington, D.C. on July 16 and ends in Phoenix on Aug. 18. The title pays tribute to “(sic),” the opening track on their 1999 breakthrough self-titled album.
The Tour Runs From D.C. to Phoenix
The tour’s itinerary includes some of the nation’s largest venues. Following the opening night in Washington, D.C., the band moves to New York City for a show at Citi Field on July 18. The next stop is Montreal at Parc Jean-Drapeau on July 21, followed by a performance in Toronto at Rogers Stadium on July 23.
Soldier Field in Chicago hosts the first stop on July 25, then the tour moves to Hershey, Pennsylvania for a show at Hershey Park Stadium on July 28. Boston’s Fenway Park plays host on July 31, with Nashville closing out the run at First Bank Stadium on Aug. 3.
The road trip stops in Houston on Aug. 6 at Daikin Park, then moves to Commerce City, CO at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on Aug. 9. Los Angeles hosts at SoFi Stadium on Aug. 13, followed by San Francisco at Golden Gate Park on Aug. 15, with the tour ending in Phoenix at Chase Field on Aug. 18.

The opening act for every date is Bring Me the Horizon. The list of additional support changes depending on the city, including Lamb of God, Motionless in White, Lorna Shore, Loathe, Acid Bath, Polyphia, Kublai Khan TX, and Vended.

Local time Tuesday sees the start of presales at 10 a.m., with tickets going on sale Friday through the band’s website.
‘Arsenal’ Leads the Way
The tour arrives fresh off the release of “Arsenal,” the band’s new single. Frontman Corey Taylor screams, “I got a lot to fuckin’ say/And if you didn’t listen, you didn’t hear me anyway.” The song leads to the chant, “Let’s go, let’s go, let’s go,” which may as well be the tour’s clarion call.
Sid Wilson and Craig Jones Have Left
This track stands as the first recording by the group since losing two key members: turntablist Sid Wilson, who exited in August, and keyboardist-sampler Craig Jones, who left in 2023.
Clown Teased More Music
The band last released a new album, The End, So Far, in 2022. They didn’t announce plans to release any new music at the time of the release of “Arsenal.” But earlier this year, the band’s Clown teased that more music may be on the way in an interview with Rolling Stone, noting that he was in the middle of a writing session with Slipknot.
