Looney Labs is reissuing all four of its original Star Trek Fluxx games this fall, along with a fresh edition based on Star Trek: Lower Decks, coinciding with the franchise’s 60th anniversary. The tabletop revival will also include a complete reprint of the franchise’s card-game history, making it a significant moment for fans of the property.
The announcement arrives as Star Trek celebrates six decades since Star Trek: The Original Series first aired in 1966. That show, led by William Shatner’s Captain James T. Kirk, Leonard Nimoy’s Spock, and DeForest Kelley’s Dr. Leonard “Bones” McCoy, established the core of the franchise’s universe. Even though the show only lasted three seasons, it became enormously popular in syndication and inspired feature films and multiple follow-up series.
The Fluxx Comeback
The Original Series edition of Star Trek Fluxx from Looney Labs has returned to store shelves after being out of print for years. The game first came out in 2018, and it now carries an MSRP of $25. Players assume command of the USS Enterprise while facing classic Star Trek foes such as Klingons, Romulans, and the Doomsday Machine.
The cards within the game carry references to memorable parts of franchise history. Fans will find nods to Fizzbin and Venting the Warp Core among the choices for finishing a Goal and securing victory.
A Full Reprint
Looney Labs is pulling four of its original standalone Star Trek Fluxx games out of its vault as part of a larger celebration marking Star Trek’s 60th anniversary. The limited reprint includes the OG series, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, and Voyager Fluxx versions, and the entire set returns to stores starting October 20, 2026.

Five Eras at Once

To win, players must gather the Keepers needed for their present Goal.
