Amazon Music and Shakira are making one of her Madrid concerts available for viewers at home. The Colombian star’s Oct. 3 performance at the Iberdrola Music venue will be broadcast live, and audiences can tune in across several platforms, including Twitch, without needing a subscription.
The stream, titled “Amazon Music Presents Shakira Live From Madrid,” starts at 2:45 p.m. ET/11:45 a.m. PT in the United States, 12:45 p.m. in Mexico City, 3:45 p.m. in Brazil and 8:45 p.m. CEST in Spain. It will be available through the Amazon Music app and Prime Video, the Amazon Music app on Fire TV and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch.
The Madrid Run
Madrid hosts Shakira’s European residency from Sept. 18 to Oct. 11, with the Oct. 3 performance falling inside its 12-show run. The residency sits inside ES LATINA, which gathers Latin music, food, art and culture at Macondo Park, a specially built temporary venue for the event.
The Shakira Stadium sits within the park, and it is there that the performances happen. It represents Shakira’s return to Spanish stages after eight years.
The Stream and Its Platforms
One of the high points of the livestream comes from “Las Mujeres Que Impulsan la Música Latina” (Women Who Drive Latin Music), which marks the 2026 edition of La Música Nos Conecta (Music Connects Us). The event honors the women who have shaped Latin music while also celebrating the younger artists who keep reshaping it.
The Amazon Music app and Prime Video both host the stream, alongside the Amazon Music app on Fire TV and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch. A subscription is not needed for any of these platforms.
The Training Initiative
Beyond streaming, the arrangement with Amazon Music also includes a training effort led by Shakira’s Pies Descalzos Foundation. The foundation has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Laboratoria to offer free instruction in AI and cloud computing.
Starting in Colombia, the initiative is designed to serve one million women across Latin America by 2028.
The Remix, Vinyl and Mixtape
RVSSIAN has produced a new remix of “Dai Dai”, and Shakira has put together a playlist called El Mixtape with songs from artists who shaped her career. The package also features a special vinyl edition of Laundry Service to mark the album’s 25th anniversary.
