‘Zoe: The Patient’ Walkthrough: Every Code, Number, and Camera Angle in Silent Hill: Townfall

A grim walkthrough of Silent Hill Townfall's 'Zoe: The Patient' mission, wherein vitals, X-rays, and medicine must be administered ere the patient perish.

By mitch·3 min read
A sick person lies upon a bed within a shadowed medical chamber, while unseen horrors lurk beyond the gloom.

Silent Hill: Townfall has a mission built for patience, and the walkthrough for it is now out. The “Zoe: The Patient” mission sends Zoe through the St. Amelia Medical Centre to save a sick person, and it involves reading vitals, taking X-rays, and administering medicine, all while dodging monsters and a doctor who is not much help. The guide is absurdly detailed, from the exact door codes to the precise X-ray settings, and it makes for a delightful example of how far gaming guides will go.

Saving the Sick Person

The mission runs from the surgery room to the basement, and it breaks down into distinct steps:

  • Reading the patient’s vitals
  • Making an X-ray
  • Finding three medicines
  • Administering the medicine
  • Finding the intubation kit

Each step hides its own small puzzle, and some require stealth or combat. The walkthrough lays out every number, code, and machine setting needed to finish it.

Reading the Vitals

The first hurdle is the five machines around the patient. Each displays a different vital, and the colors tell you which machine to trust. Green numbers mean blood pressure, yellow numbers mean pulse, and red numbers mean blood oxygen levels. The walkthrough gives the exact readings for each:

  • Blood pressure: 70 over 40, on the machine near the sink
  • Pulse: 162, on the machine at the patient’s left foot
  • Blood oxygen levels: 80%, on the machine near the patient’s head

Get one wrong, and Zoe loses HP.

Making the X-Rays

The X-ray room requires a code, 7103, found on Zoe’s pager. Inside, a white laptop holds the settings. The walkthrough explains the camera alignment for the skull shot, then lists the numbers for each X-ray:

  • Skull: Site Skull, kV 3, mA 7, Time 1
  • Chest: Site Chest, kV 7, mA 3, Time 1.2

Set the machine, turn on the power, and press the green button. Put both X-rays on the whiteboard in the patient’s room to mark the stage complete.

Finding the Medicines

The three medicines sit across the hospital, and monsters guard each one. The walkthrough directs you step by step:

  • Tensobromide 11mg: Pharmacy Store, exit the surgery room and turn left, wait for the monster to walk away before opening the door
  • Dextracyclate 2.5mg: Bay 6, upstairs next to the bed in the northeast corner, with a sticky note holding the Records Room door code in the northwest office
  • Hydroxalene 3mg: Chapman Ward, ground floor, west, use keypad code 2605 to open the door, then take the medicine from the closet

“Use the infusion pumps to administer the treatment.”

Administering the Medicine

Back in the surgery room, Zoe must set the infusion rates. The patient weighs 88 kg, per the whiteboard, which puts her in the 81-90 kg category on the laptop’s medication dosage table. The rates are fixed:

  • Tensobromide 11mg: 8
  • Dextracyclate 2.5mg: 15
  • Hydroxalene 3mg: 7

Set each rate, press “ready pump,” then press the small square device’s “ready” button once all three are done.

The Intubation Kit

The final step sends Zoe to the basement via elevator, code 5353, reached through the reception desk phone. The walkthrough warns of a monster in the hallway, and suggests using the kitchen radio to distract it while grabbing the kit from the storage room.

What We Make of It

The level of detail in this walkthrough is genuinely impressive. Every code, every number, every camera angle is spelled out, and the whole thing reads like a masterclass in how to break down a difficult mission. The fact that anyone put this much effort into a single mission speaks to how demanding “Zoe: The Patient” really is.

It is also a reminder that Silent Hill games have always asked players to pay attention to small details, and Townfall is no different. Anyone stuck on this mission should bookmark the walkthrough — it covers everything from the first machine reading to the final intubation.

The guide exists because the mission demands it. That is the whole story.
